For our Staffing requirements we urgently require exprienced IT/ non IT recruiter who can source resumes, conduct initial technical screening, communicate JD to candidate and coordinate interviews with corporate clients.
Roles and responsibility
Understand job description and job qualifications for Testing and developer position.
Source resumes using job portals and references.
Quick response to client
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Communicate with corporate clients to understand requirement
Coordinate interviews
Follow ups with candidate till joining dates
Keeps track of candidate documents.
Qualifications/Skills
Communication skills: Recruiters communicate with managers and employees regularly. Should be able to communicate with client manager as our clients are MNCs
Sourcing- Experienced in sourcing the resumes from portals and references for developer / Testing position
Decision-making skills. Recruiters must be able to review candidates applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions.
Qualification - Preferably technical degree
Location - Office no 1 1st floor Opposite mantra hospital BT Kawade Road Pune
