Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Officer in Coimbatore.

You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will:

• Identify and monitor market and industry trends to discover new opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the key contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up on submitted quotes.
• Support new product implementation in collaboration with technical and NPD teams.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and client documentation.
• Track performance, report progress, and share insights with management.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in technical or manufacturing industries).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
