Job Overview

We are hiring a Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This position is a full-time role with working experience of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Store Incharge or similar role is preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
• Manage and supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, and make recommendations for improvement
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
