We are looking for an insurance manager to be responsible for managing Agency channel and overseeing the business team. The responsibilities of an insurance manager include setting and monitoring business goals, facilitating the professional development of the team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Insurance. Solid understanding of policies and products. Be able to provide mentor ship. Strong leadership qualities. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Age - 35 below.

Experienced in Insurance background is must.

Preferred:

Candidates with Insurance Experience (Preferred General Insurance candidates only) Experience 3 year's in agency

Responsibilities:

Recruit and Train Agents/Relationship Managers develop, Build, and Manage the Team help Relationship Manager to Build Up a Strong Partner Network

Oversee the Process At Each Stage from

Downloading, App Training and Follow Up work with the Marketing Team to Develop and Execute business Initiatives

Generate Monthly Budgets and Goal Forecasts.
