Job Description:

The Web Designer & Developer Graphics Designer will manage personal workflow for creation and production of graphics requirements for the group. Provides direction/ideas, art layout and art production support for all marketing activities. Creation of brand trademarks, logos and style templates for packaging, merchandizing, collateral, presentation and corporate identity materials for the commercialization, distribution sales and marketing of products.

·        Building, Designing, Developing, and Customizing

·        CMS: WordPress & Joomla ecommerce: Magento & Shopify

·        Design Logos, Buttons, Graphics and other web elements for websites.

·        Maintain multiple websites operating on WordPress platform, other CMS, and custom based.

·        Ensures HTML/CSS is cross-browser and standards compliant and meets accessibility/disability requirements.

·        Integrates websites with existing applications on campus or third-party/open-source platforms.

Graphic Design Experience:

·        Use Bing Webmaster Tools and Google Webmaster Tools and review website notifications to make sure all sites are up and running problem free.

·        Build converting and compelling SEO and PPC Landing Pages.

·        Co-ordinate with the team and prepare proposals and plans, and set goals for all search initiatives and projects.

·        Increases traffic to websites, improves rankings on search engines, tracks web visitor activities, and runs online marketing campaigns through PPC and SEO for clients.

·        Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently.

·        Ability to create and ideate graphics projects into concept presentations.

·        Ability to coordinate information coming from multiple departments and outside vendors/resources.
