Job description:

Location: - Visakhapatnam.

Shift: - Night shift (Timings - 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM)

Working days: - 5 Days working( Mon-Friday)

Dinner is Provided in the night shift.

Requirements:

·       Candidate must be comfortable with calling.

·       Should be flexible with working hours and negotiation skills.

·       Must have very good communication skills (Both verbal and written) for client interaction Hands-on experience in working on various software tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for use in Data Analysis.

·       Should be presentable and convincing skills.

·       Candidate must be a graduate.

Roles and Responsibility:

·       Interaction with Clients (US)

·       Ensuring sign-ups at competitive rates

·       Responsible for revenue generation from the various accounts signed up by them.

·       Manage end to end business development cycle.

·       Cold calling to explain the Services

·       Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers

·       Effective management of short and long-term sales opportunities

·       End to end business development for recruitment services.

·       Can handle Linked-in and other networking tools to connect multiple connections in the market.

·       Team management & people development if applicable
