About the role:The job would entail establishing and maintaining relations with doctors and distributors along with promoting products, expanding and maintaining business.A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating sales activities and strategies in a given area, while focusing on increasing market share, sales and profit.The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies.Lead Area wise sales team members to achieve sales targets.Establish productive and professional relationships with keypersonnel in assigned customer accounts.Negotiate and close agreements with Corporate Hospitals.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
