Job Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Kottayam, Kerala. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This is a full-time position with a senior-level role and requires 7 to 10 years of experience in warehouse management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software
• Proficient in using SAP ERP
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Develop and implement effective warehouse management procedures and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock reconciliation
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
