Job Overview

Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support our mission of promoting ethical production practices and sustainable agriculture. This is a full-time position located in Kottayam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, and C programming languages
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and SAP ERP is highly desirable
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and Agile frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet the needs of our organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software requirements and design solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Integrate software components and third-party libraries to maximize system efficiency
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance and stability
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with emerging software development trends and technologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Document software functionality, technical specifications, and user manuals
