Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Controller to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in quality control or a related field
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Experience in the food production industry, particularly in spices and coffee
• Proficiency in quality assurance techniques and tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Knowledge of coffee roasting techniques and spice processing
• Understanding of food technology and safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistency and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities
• Train and educate staff on quality control practices and standards
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and certifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to quality control
