Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our spice processing center and coffee mills. This is a junior-level position that requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Kottayam, Kerala, India. The salary range for this role will be competitive based on experience and skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior level with 1 to 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator
• Experience operating machines in a food processing or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee machine operation and spice processing techniques
• Familiarity with oil extraction processes is a plus
• Proficiency in using machine tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate various machines in the spice processing center and coffee mills
• Set up machines before each production run and make necessary adjustments during operation
• Monitor machines to ensure they are running smoothly and producing high-quality products
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Document production data and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
