We have a opportunity for one of the reputed home and kitchen manufacturing appliance in India.

Locations : All Over Mumbai

Reporting to Area Sales Manager

Standard Eligibility criteria

• Designation Territory Sales Executive/Officer
• Years of Experience (TSE-0-2/3yrs) & (TSO-3-7yrs) Years Experienced
• Age should be within 32 years.

Salary ;(TSE-3-4LPA), (TSO-Upto 5.5 LPA)

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Acquisition of franchisees for Prestige exclusive stores in the identified towns, make cold calls and locate franchisees across local market

• Identifying properties & franchisees for company owned outlets in (COFO model)

• Handle the whole process from franchisee acquisition to start up

• Monitoring the performance of the franchisees on parameters like Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc.

• Achieving primary and secondary sales target while keeping a check on store outstanding

• Regular store visits

• Implementing company initiatives to improve sales / drive footfalls

• Conceptualizing and implementing marketing program to make the franchisee successful

• Retail activations at the stores to improve sales

• Ensure the store is run as per company laid down norms and standards

Skills and Attributes

Business Development / Analytical Ability / Ability to think out of the box / Go getter/ willing to Travel

• Candidate should be from General trade who is handling Dealers and Distributor. Priority will be from Kitchen Appliances/Home Appliances/Electronics, etc.
• Should have worked with handling sales role in company payroll only.
• Salary will be 25% hike on current CTC for this role.

Qualification

• 0-5 years of experience in General trade.(Freshers with Good academics can apply)

 Post graduation 

• Candidate should have done his all education in Full time with aggregate of 50% and above scores (Applicable to 10th , 12th , Graduation and Post-graduation)

Others

• Candidate should have working in On roll in companies payroll in his Current employment (Minimum 1 year )and shouldn't be from third party payroll.
