Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Tele Caller to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and client handling, primarily focusing on cold calling prospective clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Cold calling skills are mandatory for effectively reaching out to potential clients and engaging them in meaningful conversations. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
- Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Ability to use Salesforce for efficient handling of sales processes and client data management.
- Familiarity with customer engagement strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends to provide informed service to clients and guide their purchasing decisions.
- Strong verbal communication abilities for effective conveyance of information and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude to address client queries promptly and provide satisfactory solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to potential customers to introduce real estate offerings and schedule consultations.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications with clients in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies tailored to clients’ needs and business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand and identify client needs and preferences in the real estate domain.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about real estate projects and answer any queries.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales documents and contracts to conclude deals effectively.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends to facilitate informed conversations with clients.
