Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Tele Caller to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and client handling, primarily focusing on cold calling prospective clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Ability to use Salesforce for efficient handling of sales processes and client data management.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market trends to provide informed service to clients and guide their purchasing decisions.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities for effective conveyance of information and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate cold calls to potential customers to introduce real estate offerings and schedule consultations.
