Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Farmlands division. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, and business development, particularly in real estate, AgriTech, or sustainable development sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability, strong leadership abilities, and a results-driven approach.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Leadsquare CRM expertise for effective customer data management and engagement.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong account management capabilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of AgriTech solutions and their applications in real estate and farming.
  • Market analysis proficiency to identify trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Strategic planning expertise to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead generation experience to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
  • Team leadership (Mandatory skill) to mentor, guide, and manage high-performing sales teams.
