Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Executive for an outbound role at our Hyderabad location. This full-time, junior-level position demands 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales capabilities, a knack for developing client networks, and a willingness to travel and work outdoors.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Outdoor Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Experience in cold calling to generate new leads and drive sales numbers consistently.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and build profitable partnerships.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis to stay updated with real estate trends and development.
  • Exceptional customer relationship-building skills to nurture long-term business relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in outdoor sales activities to generate leads and sell properties effectively.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate and execute property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate sale agreements with prospective clients to achieve best outcomes for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software and regularly report sales activity.
  • Continuously explore new sales avenues to expand the company's client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
