Looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team.

Initially, the role will involve paralegal work and data management. Over time, will transition to

more advanced responsibilities in legal drafting, contract review, and managing the real estate

investment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paralegal and Data Management
• Conduct title flow chart analysis of title documents for land transactions.
• Manage and update the legal document repository/tracker, ensuring agreements, contracts, and land documents are properly indexed and accessible.
• Organize and summarize contractual obligations and key terms for both land transactions and fundraising transactions.
• Legal Drafting and Compliance
• Assist in drafting legal agreements, contracts, and investment-related documentation.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Law graduate (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in real estate law, corporate law, or legal due diligence.

• Skills:

• Understanding of contract management, land laws, and real estate investment processes is a plus.
• Research, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and process large volumes of legal documents e2ectively.
• Proficiency in MS O2ice (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work e2iciently in a fast-paced environment.
