The Company is seeking an experienced ERP System administration & coordination candidate. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and technical skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries. 

Objectives of this role

We are looking for an ERP System Manager who can finalize an ERP product as per the company’s requirements & Implementation. The Role & responsibilities of the position include Software Project Management, Development of Customized ERP, CRM Systems and implementation across various multi-locations, Post go-live support and Transition from legacy system to EPR System, Process improvement, enhancement of ERP application

Monitoring / Tracking of project milestones/action items, effective status reporting to key

Enhancement /Customization/Solution review of partner lead delivery to ensure the solution fits in the roadmap and quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the project scope, schedule, and deliverables; and working closely with internal stakeholders to cognize their needs and expectations.
• End-to-end program management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
• Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, both in-person and through remote working models as needed; • Interfacing with the ERP implementation clients & internal stakeholders.
• Participating actively and collaborating within the IT team, providing feedback on the current day-to-day activities, and recommending improvements.
• Organize training and promote the use and education of ERP across the organization.
• Manage the process of designing, creating, implementing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Manage Customization & Enhancement, implement new or maintain the existing business solution based on user requirements. 
• Post-implementation support, ticket allocation, tracking using solution manager, issue resolution and closer, drive technical solution.
• Lead the testing effort, preparation of test cases and module integration testing, and impact analysis.
• Configure the product feature according to the company’s requirements, track implementation in line with the schedule on a daily basis and update weekly/daily status Reports, Lead and resolve ERP-related service requests to ensure client satisfaction.

Required skills and qualifications:

• A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, or Computer Applications, or Information Systems, or any other engineering degree, with at least 8 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 plus years in a project management role.
•  Hands-on experience in managing projects such as the implementation of ERP or similar migration projects.
• Coordinate across Business Administration and system users the creation of new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the clients, including with senior management.
