Hiring for Assistant Manager /Manager Design (Architect) for a leading residential real estate company based in Bangalore. You will be a vital role as part of the design & development team handling complete design from inception to interiors for high-rise residential and gated community projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the Architect / consultants and ensure no over runs in the project.
• Project execution as per Architect's diagrams; ensure high quality standards in execution.
• Coordinate activities for interiors, low side services, Furniture, SMEP etc from design to execution and handing over.
• Coordinate the submission and completion drawing with the architect and interfacing the authorities for requisite information.
• Coordinate completion certificates & statutory approvals, handing over of the project and its DLP.
• Provide Assistance in selection of Project Architects, consultants, finalization of concept and design of the project. Ensure our plans conform to laid down norms and monitor architectural development and finishes of projects.
• Maximisation of building efficiency and saleable area.
• Assist manager in day-to-day responsibilities as required
• Team management skills
• Good SMEP knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Arch. with 9 to 14 years of experience in High-rise residential projects in a real estate builder firm or Architectural consultant firm.
• Excellent communications and coordination skills.
