Responsibilities:

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the technical skills of professionals through effective training programs. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Identifying Real-time Problem Statements:

   * Analyzing industry trends and identifying relevant technology solutions for real-world problem statements.

2. Curriculum Development:

   * Creating comprehensive training materials based on identified technologies, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

3. Technical Training Delivery:

   * Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for professionals, incorporating real-world examples and practical coding exercises.

   * Adapting training methods to accommodate various learning styles and skill levels.

4. Technology Research:

   * Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, especially in the areas of C, C++, Core Java, OOP, Data Structures, Web Development, Python, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.

5. Collaboration with Projects:

   * Collaborating with project teams to gain hands-on experience and practical insights into the application of technology in real-world projects.

   * Providing technical support and guidance to project teams when required.

6. Skill Assessment:

   * Conducting regular assessments to evaluate the progress of trainees and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

7. Continuous Improvement:

   * Continuously updating and enhancing training materials to align with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

   * Seeking feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

    *Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience:

    *Minimum of 4 years of experience as an instructor, tutor, professor, or trainer in training institutes, corporate training academies, placement training institutes, or college settings.

3. Technical Skills:

    *Proficient in C, C++, Core Java, OOP concepts, Data Structures, and Web Development.

     *Knowledge of Python, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning is an added advantage.

4. Communication Skills:

     *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable and relatable manner.

5. Problem-Solving Skills:

      *Demonstrated ability to identify technology solutions for real-time problem statements.

6. Team Collaboration:

      *Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and contribute to the successful implementation of technology in projects.

7. Adaptability:

     *Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials based on the evolving needs of the industry.
