Qualifications and Skills
- CCNA certification required
- Solid experience in Network Support, especially in Layer-4 technologies
- Knowledge of L1/L2/L3/L4 network layers
- Understanding of Network Topology and VLANs
- Preferably CCNP Security certified

- Provide network support and troubleshooting for Layer-4 technologies
- Implement and maintain network security measures
- Configure and optimize network infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability
