Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charted Accountant to join our team at Pilot Industries Ltd. As a Charted Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all financial activities of the company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Charted Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Charted Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in managing internal and external audits
• Sound understanding of taxation and compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership and team management abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits
• Ensure timely and accurate taxation and compliance filing
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team
• Monitor cash flow, cash management, and working capital
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives
• Stay updated with accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance
• Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants
