We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications and Skills

• Junior Telecaller with 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good knowledge of the B2B marketplace and industry trends
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our products and services
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling and prospecting
• Present product information and answer any questions or concerns from clients
• Maintain a solid understanding of our products and services
• Follow up with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
• Update customer records and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system
