Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd, India's fastest online B2B marketplace. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and promote the company.
- Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure their success and professional growth.
