Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a strong background in B2B marketplace. Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B marketplace
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilites
• Identify New Sales leads.
• Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect for new Clients by networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
