Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our services, and closing sales deals in the Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of sales experience to join a leading B2B marketplace and contribute to the growth and success of our company.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the IT or B2B industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and IT services is a plus
  • Valid driving license


Roles and Responsibilites

 

•          Identify New Sales leads.

•          Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle

•          Field Sales

•          Prospect for new Clients by networking.

•          Cold Calling.

•          Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

•          Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

•          Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

•          Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.

•          Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

•          Participate in pricing the solution/service.

•          Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

•          Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

•          Should provide a concise description of the  services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

•          Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

•          Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
