Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
• Identify New Sales leads.
• Must have laptop and own vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect for new Clients by networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Plan approaches and pitches.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Any other Job duties as assign by the Management time to time
