• Firewalls - Fortinet, Palo Alto
• Switches - Juniper, Dell/HP
• Wireless
• DNS & DHCP

Responsibilities:

• Hardware preventive maintenance (fixes)
• Insures all trouble tickets are detailed and completed accurately
• Investigates and presents creative and cost effective solutions for networking to Retail stores, Corporate systems, and other global BCBG locations
• Provides support for Corporate and store networking projects
• Consult with Retail Operation users concerning networking designs, connectivity, and support issues
• Assist in or resolve (escalated) technical incidents
• Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships with other IT teams and business units
• Stay informed of current technologies in order to support the business
