Job Overview

We are seeking a Production / Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pheonix Polyp Products Pvt Ltd. As a manufacturer of PVC pipes and fittings, we require a skilled engineer who can contribute to our production and maintenance processes. This is a full-time position based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in handling and leading a team is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a disciplined and organized manner.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and understanding of production processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with production team to identify and resolve production-related issues.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
