Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience with Time Office and attendance management systems.
2. Knowledge of PF and ESI related compliances.
3. Proficiency in handling full and final settlement processes.
4. Ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution effectively.
Ideal candidate should have:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
3. A Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
4. Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory.
5. Male candidates are preferred.
