Pharmazone is seeking a highly experienced Literature Search Senior with 7-10 years of experience for a full-time position in Ahmedabad. Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience of 7-8 Years in Literature Search within the Pharma sector
• Strong background in Pharmacovigilance and understanding of ICSR processes
• Proficiency in MedDRA coding and drug coding
• Knowledge of MLM Cases and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and research skills with attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review worldwide scientific and medical literature in accordance with company-controlled documents.
• Maintain organized records of all literature safety reports received and reported.
• Basic entry of MLM cases received from the authority by uploading and importing XML and RTF files and by analyzing received source documents.
• Perform duplicate checks and manage tracking of MLM cases with the source of receipt.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company’s global pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Weekly reconciliation of MLM cases with the source of receipt.
• Deliver training to new joiners and team members as per requirements.
• Case processing including data entry, drug coding, MedDRA coding, assessment for expediting of ICSR in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure, relevant regulations, and guidelines.
• Escalate issues or tasks outside the normal scope of work as needed.
