Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Data Management Lead to join our team at Pharmabharat. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Pune Division, Kolkata, or Mumbai. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience, with expertise in clinical trials and data management. The role involves leading data management projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the trial phases (Mandatory skill).
• Strong command over data management practices to effectively collect, process, and manage trial data (Mandatory skill).
• Experienced in project management to coordinate cross-functional team efforts and meet project milestones on time (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards to ensure structured and standardized data reporting.
• Ability to implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high data quality and compliance.
• Expertise in database programming, facilitating the design and maintenance of effective data management systems.
• Proven leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team of data management professionals.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure all data processes adhere to industry standards and laws.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical data management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management plans that comply with required standards.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of clinical trial data throughout all project phases.
• Oversee database design, development, testing, and implementation for clinical studies.
• Perform regular quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to data management processes and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and guide junior data management staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of data-related project milestones.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any data management issues or requirements.
