PG Paper is currently seeking a dynamic research analyst to join our diverse and cross-functional research team. With a background in professional research and analysis, the successful candidate will be familiar with prevalent research techniques and models.
Working closely with our business development team, the role will involve both industry-wide trend analysis and detailed market/product specific projects.

Essential To Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Qualification in a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in LinkedIn, Seamless.ai, Google searches, Snov.io etc.
Desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
The main responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive market research and recommended list augmentation
- Specialist data generation and qualification such as providing Go to Market recommendations for social media, reaching out and lead generation
- Creating customised sales prospects lists as well as custom reports and dashboards after understanding the workflow processes and executing systems within the Marketing/Sales cycle
- Creating and maintaining the company research database across the Industry Vertical for Global Markets
- Analysing business development leads and taking responsibility for identifying right decision makers based upon the standard criteria set by the organization
- Undertaking extensive competitor, customer, market and product research & analysis and delivering high quality reports & presentation collateral
- Supporting the production of accurate, relevant and current communication tools such as publications and articles
- Taking ownership and driving project based research while working with other stakeholders on high stake projects

- Time management as well as strong data management and analysis skills
- A passion and enthusiasm for producing outstanding research work
- Excellent communicator - written & verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a small team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial business
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
