What You'll Be Doing

• Opportunity Hunting – Identify, research, and reach out to potential partners, clients, and collaborators who need (but don't know they need) Pexaworks magic.
• Pipeline Powering – Help maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of leads, keeping things moving from “hello” to “let’s sign.”
• Proposal Magic – Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations that actually make jaws drop.
• Market Research – Dive deep into industries, sectors, and competitor intel to uncover new growth angles.
• Relationship Building – Support ongoing communications with prospects and partners—warm, genuine, and strategic, not spammy.
• Team Collaboration – Work with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and make big things happen (with occasional memes encouraged).

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship—or something equally awesome.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)—bonus if you can write LinkedIn messages people actually reply to.
• A natural networker: confident, curious, and genuinely interested in people and businesses.
• Research skills that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot,Zoho, or others), lead generation tools, and spreadsheets that don’t look like chaos.
• A growth mindset—you’re here to learn, hustle, and maybe help us land the next big client.
