🚨 Urgent Hiring – Sr Contracts Engineer / Contracts Engineer 🚨

 📍 Location: RIL- Silvassa Gujarat

📝 Job Type: TPC 

⏳ Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)

🎓 Qualification: – B. Tech / BE in Mechanical / Civil

💼 Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in the related Service Contracting field

• Experience in Site Construction work / Techno-commercial skill is an added advantage

🔹 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Understand requirements for services procurement and provide inputs to Contracts Manager in defining overall procurement strategy.

a. Align on timelines and spend planning for the assigned items

b. Shortlist initial contractor options and time / spend estimates

c. Assist in the sourcing of critical contracts in alignment with Category Manager & Contracts Manager guidance

2. Execute Orders & Coordinate Expediting

a. Receive purchase requisitions / expiring contracts list

b. Prepare & release request for Quotation/ Enquiry to the short-listed vendors

c. Study offers from vendors, and prepare a comparative statement to aid in selection of vendors, optimization of price and other commercial terms

d. Develop Internal Cost Estimates

e. Maintain co-ordination with inbound logistics and all commercial departments

3. Monitor post-award project contract management

a. Review contractor feedback; gather feedback from expediting team and contractor

4. Manage Change Order Process

a. Approving Contractor Bill with respect to Site Progress 

b. Participate in routine planning meetings

c. Coordinate contractor information / site confirmation on the changes

5. Manage Contractor Relationships at working Level

6. Use technology extensively to increase efficiency & control costs

a. Use the SAP system optimally to drive efficiency and cost optimization 

b. Focus on usage of technological tools like e–auction and reverse auction to improve efficiency, and improve transparency
