Degree in Engineering Project Management Certification and knowledge of Primavera 

Years of Experience:- 12-14 years.

 Job Description :-

·12-14 yrs of experience in leading projects for engineering, sourcing, logistics, construction, commissioning, & maintenance

·Leading technical functions related to (technical services, projects, operations and maintenance).

>Experience in full life cycle of oil & gas pipeline projects.

>Executed minimum 2-cross country gas pipeline projects.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

· Lead the end-to-end management of major projects, including supply, transmission, and distribution pipelines.

· Oversee all phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

· Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

· Manage project deliverables in alignment with the business objectives.

· Ensure full compliance with technical obligations under the Regulatory Asset Base framework.

· Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure that all project activities meet legal, environmental, and safety requirements.

· Finalize technical schedules and sign connection agreements with connected parties in line with the regulatory framework.

· Act as the primary point of contact between the company, external contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Manage the interface between technical, commercial, and legal teams, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.

· Oversee the full cycle of new capacity development and expansion requests, from Pre-Investment Appraisal Document to post appraisal.

· Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that contingency plans are in place.

· Lead operability, availability, and reliability assessments to ensure successful project delivery and long-term operational stability.

· Ensure Operation, Readiness & Assurance tasks are completed according to set standards, ensuring operational continuity post project.

· Lead project planning and scheduling activities to ensure the efficient execution of engineering tasks and resource allocation.

· Monitor project budgets, ensure cost control, and track financial performance, ensuring reconciliation of approved budgets & project closeouts.

· Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency & effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.

· Review progress reports and implement recovery actions in the event of project delays or budget overruns.

· Manage the interface management register for projects, ensuring all actions are closed as planned.
