🎯 What We’re Looking For:

🎓 BE / Diploma – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

⚙️ 8–12 years of experience in FPS Sales & Tendering (Fire Protection Systems)

📘 Strong knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS fire safety standards

💡 Expertise in estimation & costing of wet (hydrant/sprinkler) & gas-based systems

🖥️ Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP tools

🤝 Excellent communication, documentation & client-handling skills

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Review RFQs, tender documents, fire system drawings, specs & GCC/SCC clauses

2. Prepare FPS cost estimations, BOQs & techno-commercial offers

3. Develop value engineering solutions for cost-effective delivery

4. Handle vendor quotations, negotiations & proposal documentation

5. Coordinate with design, procurement & execution teams

6. Manage costing & handovers using ERP/SAP

7. Ensure profitability through accurate pricing & margins

8. Track market trends & competitor intelligence while building strong client relations
