We have an urgent requirement for INSTRUMENTATION 3D DESIGNER (Oil and Gas) at Vadodara Location (MNC Client).

Duration: 01 Year TPC (Extendable)

Experience: 05 -15 yrs in Oil & Gas (SP3D/PDMS/E3D)

Qualification: Diploma – Instrumentation & Control 

Key Responsibilities:

•      Plan and execute 3D Model work related to Instrumentation and Telecom items

•      Manage team of Designers for day to day design activities and deliverables

•      3D Modeling of Cable tray /Cable Duct/ Cable tray support/ Junction box/Instrument stanchion/ F&G detector and Panels.

•      2D Extraction (DWG/DGN format) of Cable tray /Cable tray support/ Junction box/ Instrument stanchion/ F&G detector and Panels.

•      Coordination with other Engineering discipline for clash resolution or any other modeling related matters.

•      Participate in Internal and External (with Client) 3D Model review

•      Guide Designers for preparation of layouts, bulk MTO calculation etc

•      Respond to Site Queries in time-bound manner

•      Automation and Digitization of Instrument Installation related deliverables and activities

Key competencies: Functional

•      Expert in PDMS/E3D/SP3D design module (Cable tray, tray support and equipment modeling) for 3D Model Work

•      Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks

•      Understand Other Discipline construction drawings (Piping, Structural, Electrical)

•      Basic knowledge of Field Instruments and Control System

•      Knowledge of Instrument Installation Engineering related to modularisation of pipe- racks, technical structures etc.
