Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher level User Experience Designer with solid foundational skills to join our team at Perusal’s Indore headquarters. The position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience who are passionate about crafting engaging and effective user experiences. As part of our team, you will work alongside experts to ensure our Applicant Tracking System continues to excel in usability and design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong skills in wireframing (Mandatory skill) to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ability to create user flows that detail the path a user takes while interacting with our system.
• Experience in prototyping to build representations of proposed solutions for user testing and feedback.
• Ability to conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
• Experience with usability testing to identify and address potential roadblocks in functionality.
• Proficient in UI design, focusing on creating intuitive and appealing interfaces.
• Strong communication skills for presenting design ideas and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of design principles and their application in developing user-centered designs.
