Location - Thane

Salary - 25k To 30k In hand

Working - 5 days working ((Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities: 

·        Sourcing & Recruiting the best possible talent through Job Portals, Placement Consultants, , Employee Referrals, Head hunting & company database.

·        Partnering with business teams to establish manpower requirements.. Completing all formalities relating to new joining activity.

·        All recruitment related MIS, new joining trackers, source mix etc. Preparing and conducting employee induction program.

·        Receiving requests from the human resources department for new job availability

·        Creating job postings and putting them up online on sites

·        Advertising job availability through online channels and other media

·        Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills
