ABOUT JOB:

• We are seeking a Political Intelligence Analyst to lead research-oriented projects with a focus on political, social, and cultural analysis specific to Tamil Nadu.
• The role involves preparing questionnaires, conducting in-depth survey interviews, and analyzing data to produce insightful reports and presentations.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of Tamil Nadu's history, culture, and geography, along with a deep understanding of its political landscape and contemporary issues.
• Effective team coordination and excellent communication skills in Tamil (both written and spoken) are mandatory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive questionnaires tailored to project needs.
• Conduct and oversee surveys, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze survey data to produce detailed reports and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Provide in-depth analysis of Tamil Nadu's political, cultural, and social dynamics.
• Manage and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on contemporary issues and political developments in Tamil Nadu.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Political Science, Sociology, History, or related fields.
• Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for creating detailed reports and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu's history, culture, geography, and political landscape.
• Excellent articulation and ability to convey findings effectively.
