We have immediate openings for " Electrical Sourcing Engineers" for our Client.

Nature of Employment : Permanent position.

Job Location : Pune

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.

Experience : 5-15 years.

Position : Sourcing Engineer, Electrical. 

Desired Expertise / Knowledge : :

• Experience in sourcing of Electrical & Electronics system & sub systems for EV 4-wheeler, like On Board Charger, Power Distribution Unit, DCDC Converter, PMSM Motor, Inverter, Electronic Control Unit, Battery Packs, Battery Management System, Lighting systems, Instrument cluster, Wire harness, Switches, Display and Audio systems is required

• Understand the product application and requirements based on the vehicle configuration and layout.

• Identifying new sources and conducting soft benchmarking.

• Develop sourcing strategies as required for commodities assigned.

• Support supplier in getting the technical queries clarified in coordination with respective client team\offshore team.

• Serve as the primary contact with regional suppliers, lead RFP\RFQ\Quote submission\Quote analysis \negotiation process.

• Understand and ensure compliance with applicable procurement policies, standards, and regulations.

• Conduct supplier visits \Audits for Regional suppliers

• Maintain good coordination with cross functional groups at offshore - project managers, project controls, engineering, and other internal personnel.

• Negotiate commercials and contracts with potential sources.

• Manage the effective industrialization and rate production of new SOW’s.

• Good experience in sourcing\purchasing\procurement process

• Coordinate and support suppliers in submitting FAI \ PPAP for manufacturing items and necessary approvals.

CTC : Best in the Industry, Commensurate with relevant experience.
