About the Job


The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 



Research, Identify and develop new business opportunities for the organization in B2B segment.

Expand client base and expand business with existing clients.

Establish & build long-term healthy business relationship with clients.

Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively with client and by working

closely with internal team.

Design and execute required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.

Desired profile:

  • Team player and ability to work with & through others.
  • Excellent negotiation and selling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients.


●      Total work experience of 8 years (Preferred in same field)

●      Business Development in Interior Designing : 5 years (Preferred)


  • MBA/BSC Interior design/Barch
