Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

·       As Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent as well as partnering with MB managers to help build a workforce with critical skills needed at any point in time. Ensure compliance of talent processes

 

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior level hires across various verticals

·       Planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships

·       Adhere to Recruitment SLAs, with a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics/analytics

·       Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements and create a strong talent pipeline for mid to senior level to satisfy current as well as future hiring needs

·       Effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through various portals, key contacts, head hunting etc. Ability to recruit passive candidates

·       Experience in offer negotiation and follow up with the candidates

·       Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent

·       Manage partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and other hiring agencies

 

Required Professional Expertise :

·       Masters degree in Human Resources Management - preferable

·       5-8 years of experience in Recruitment domain experience in the sector will be a plus

·       Ambitious individual who can work under his / her own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

·       Ability to manage change with proven time management skills

·       Good interpersonal and team-management skills

·       Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
