Job Description:

A Payroll Specialist is a professional who is responsible for processing all aspects of payroll, including managing company budgets and expenses. They work closely with different departments to increase performance and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

  1. Preparing employees salaries every month
  2. Preparing bonus and leave encashment record of all employees
  3. Using Payment Processing support
  4. Preparing employee annual Increment as instructed by their superiors and giving feedback on previous year increment to them and help them to take justified decision
  5. Calculating arrears based on effected increment in salary of all employees
  6. Full & final settlements
  7. Checking & finalizing contract worker salaries for branches & Factory
  8. Preparation of TDS furcating for all employee & handling the Form-16
  9. Handling the Bank Account opening formalities for New Joined

  10. Compliances:
  11. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESIC, Insurance policies, Gratuity.
  12. Enrollment of New Employees – Nomination and Declaration form Review 2
  13. Transfer of PF
  14. PF Withdrawal
  15. Professional Tax calculation
  16. Designing CTC & salary breakup for new employees Ex. Employees FNF calculation of PF and Gratuity PF &ESIC Returns, PT Assessment.
  17. Bonus, minimum wages, Shops and Establishment, personal/group policy etc. Shops & Establishment Act :-
  18. Industrial Relations/ Statutory Compliance.
