Role: Clinical Oncology Pharmacist

Exp: 3 - 10 yrs

Salary: USD $120K - $165K + Sign on Bonus 15K

Work Authorization: USC / GC holders

Shift: Monday - Friday (7 AM - 5 PM)

NP: Immediate - 15 days

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana, USA (Candidates willing to relocate will be provided relocation assistance)

Discipline: Pharmacy Clinical Specialist for BMT/Oncology

Target Start Date:  ASAP

Shift: Monday – Friday dayshift. The coworker manages their own time to cover their assigned units. I would say as early as 7 am and as late as 5 pm.

Call Requirements: They are not necessarily on call, but expected to be available for questions from physicians/pharmacists after hours and on weekends. In the past, calls to them have not required them to come back on site (mostly consultative in nature).
