Responsibilities

• Must have experience/Knowledge into recruitment and knowledge into contract to hire positions.
• Handle many inbound and outbound calls to employers and clients.
• Identify the needs of employers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain good employers relations.
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
• Maintain records of the conversations with the employer and analyze the data.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.
