As a Team Leader your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sales professionals and drive sales efforts to achieve the company's sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of the earthing manufacturing industry, excellent sales and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Supervising and guiding the team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve service level.
• Monitoring the performance of the team.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase good service.
• Regularly attending meetings and training sessions.
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
