3+ years of experience as a Haskell Developer.

Proficiency in Haskell programming, with expertise in one or more domains: cryptography, financial systems, data visualization, web development, or concurrent/parallel programming.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Strong data analysis skills to interpret datasets (from sources like Kaggle, UN, etc.) and answer key business questions.

Experience reviewing machine-generated code, providing feedback on correctness, efficiency, and proposing improvements.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to debug programs and create thorough documentation.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with researchers and stakeholders.

Strong business acumen to identify and address critical questions from datasets.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
