Job Overview:
We are seeking a Aptitude Trainer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role aimed at delivering effective training sessions that help students enhance their aptitude skills. The ideal candidate will focus on equipping learners with necessary mathematical and logical skills and ensure active student engagement during sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in mathematics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Strong expertise in aptitude training to assist students in preparing for technical assessments (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in soft skills training to enhance students' overall communication and presentation abilities (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in delivering training sessions in an engaging and interactive manner tailored to student needs.
- Ability to maintain high levels of student engagement and motivation throughout the training sessions.
- Strong logical reasoning skills to assist students in developing problem-solving abilities.
- Efficient in curriculum development and the adaptation of training methods to keep content relevant and impactful.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly deliver content and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver aptitude training sessions that enhance the mathematical and logical skills of students.
- Conduct assessments and track student progress to ensure effective learning and comprehension.
- Engage students actively in the sessions to maintain high levels of interaction and learning efficacy.
- Design relevant practice exercises and mock tests to prepare students for industry-specific entrance exams.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their performance and confidence.
- Collaborate with other trainers to develop comprehensive training material and modules.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in aptitude training and incorporate innovative techniques in the training sessions.
- Maintain records of student attendance and performance metrics to report to management.
