Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Pentaaqua Private Limited. This full-time position is based in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of automated systems and customer relationship management. The Service Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our water treatment technologies, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education Required - Diploma & B.E (Mechnical)
• Proficiency in PLC programming to configure and optimize automated control systems for water treatment facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems to integrate and maintain efficient climate control within our operations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ensuring precise installation and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Experience with IoT device integration to enhance system connectivity and data monitoring capabilities.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnostics to promptly identify and resolve technical issues within the systems.
• Experience with customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and address service-related queries effectively.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain high safety and operational readiness levels.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients efficiently and convey technical information clearly.
• Knowledge about STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge), WTP (Water Treatment Plant).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Manage commissioning of PLC controlled systems, focusing on accurate programming and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement IoT solutions, enhancing system performance and reporting.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients to provide regular updates, address concerns, and implement feedback for continual improvement.
• Accurately document service activities, updating logs for future reference and quality assurance.
• Assist in training junior engineers and technicians, imparting technical skills and safety knowledge.
• Engage in proactive monitoring of systems to preemptively identify potential issues, reducing downtime and service interruptions.
